摘要
哈尔滨轨道交通学院站枢纽工程为地下3层车站,总建筑面积为54167m^2,基坑开挖深度为16.18m,主体结构为多跨矩形框架结构。导墙混凝土两侧对称浇筑,为确保地下连续墙的质量;钢筋笼采用双机抬吊法吊装,主吊和副吊配合,保证精确入槽。超长混凝土结构每隔30~40 m设置一条后浇带,控制了裂缝的产生。
Harbin Rail Transit College Station Hub Project is three layers underground station,the total area is 54167 m^2 and the pit excavation depth is 16.18 m,the main body structure is multi-span and rectangle frame structure.The concrete pouring of guide wall adopts separated layer and uniform method,insuring the quality of guide wall.The reinforcement cage lifting adopts double machine lifting method,the main crane and the minor crane cooperate with each other to work,ensuring the accuracy for reinforcement cage installation.The long length concrete structure sets a post-cast strip every30-40 m,effective controlling cracks.
