摘要
采用红外光谱技术对某防水工程中出现的合同纠纷进行分析并鉴定。通过分析争议防水层的红外特征频率,判断是否使用了设计或合同约定的防水材料,可避免因人为观察和目测带来的不确定性,为防水工程检测鉴定提供理论和技术支撑。
Using infrared spectroscopy technology to analyze and identify contract disputes in a waterproof project.By analyzing the infrared characteristic frequency of the disputed waterproof layer and judging whether the waterproof material used in the design or contract is used,it can avoid the uncertainty caused by human observation and visual inspection,and provide theoretical and technical support for waterproof engineering inspection and identification.
