西安1668新时代广场A区A1塔楼结构设计

摘要 西安1668新时代广场A区A1塔楼建筑高132.50m,属于有1项一般不规则的B级高度超限高层建筑,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。对项目采用了性能化设计,塔楼抗震性能目标为D级,根据构件的重要性给出了不同的性能目标,用两种软件对结构进行了多遇地震的计算,验证了方案的可行性;采用弹性时程分析进行多遇地震的补充计算,得到局部楼层的地震放大系数1.08;通过罕遇地震静力弹塑性时程分析找到结构的损伤部位,并同时验证了概念设计的重要性;对结构薄弱部位的竖向构件采用中震不屈服与小震弹性的包络设计。分析结果表明,该工程能满足规范的各项抗震设防要求,结构体系合理可行。 The height of tower A1 in area A of Xi’an 1668 new times square is 132.50 m.It belongs to a general irregular B-level out-of-code high-rise building.Reinforced concrete framecore wall structure system is adopted.Performance-based design is adopted in this project.The seismic performance target of the tower is grade D.Different performance objectives are given according to the importance of components.Two kinds of software are used to calculate multiple earthquakes and verify the feasibility of the scheme.Elastic time-history analysis is used for supplementary calculation of multiple earthquakes.The seismic amplification factor of partial floors is 1.08.The damaged parts of the structure were found by the analysis of elastoplastic time history of rare earthquakes.At the same time,the importance of concept design is verified.The envelope design of medium earthquake yield and small earthquake elasticity is adopted for vertical members with weak structure.The analysis results show that the project can meet the requirements of the standard seismic fortification,and the structure system is reasonable and feasible.
