摘要
分析了基于PLC的电梯井道数据模拟方法,建立了一套适用于电梯控制系统的井道模拟系统。把井道中原始数据单位由mm换算成脉冲;然后通过理论分析各井道开关实际安装位置,得出各井道开关在井道模拟系统中绝对位置,创建井道模拟系统数字模型;给出了各井道开关动作逻辑。
The PLC-based elevator hoistway simulation method was studied, and a set of elevator hoistway simulation system suitable for the elevator control system was established. First, the raw data in the hoistway is converted from mm to pulse. Then, through theoretical analysis of the actual installation position of each switch in the hoistway, the absolute position of each switch in the hoistway simulation system is obtained, and the digital model of the elevator hoistway simulation system is created. Finally, the logic of each switch in the hoistway is given.
