摘要
在考虑质量、价格等因素的基础上,综合供应商能提供产品的数量上限、交货能力及信用度等,根据精益生产建立评价模型。通过使用模糊层次综合评价法(Fuzzy-AHP)建立供应商事件的隶属度函数,利用MATLAB进行数值计算,把定性评价转化为定量评价,避免了主观性和人为原因而导致的误差,使评价结果更合理。
Based on the consideration of quality,price and other factors,the evaluation model is established according to lean production by integrating the upper limit of product quantity,delivery capacity and credit degree that suppliers can provide.By using Fuzzy-AHP comprehensive evaluation method to establish the membership function of supplier events,and using MATLAB to carry out numerical calculation,the qualitative evaluation is transformed into quantitative evaluation,which avoids the errors caused by subjectivity and human factors,and makes the evaluation results more reasonable.
