摘要
触点作为继电器核心部件之一,直接决定了继电器的工作可靠性,触点材料的成分及制备工艺对触点的性能有很大影响。介绍了触点材料的基本结构、在工作过程中的4种状态及可能出现的失效类型,并简单介绍了两种新型触点材料。
As one of the key components of the relay,the contact directly determines the operational reliability of the relay.The composition and the preparing process of the contact materials have an important influence on the properties of the contact.The basic structure of the contact materials,the four states in the working process and the types of failures are introduced.Two new types of contact materials are briefly introduced.
