基于BBO算法优化设计SVC阻尼控制器

摘要 电力系统中因次同步振荡(SSO)问题,会危害发电机组的安全运行。为了抑制这一不正常的现象,提出将生物地理学优化算法(BBO)和静止无功补偿器(SVC)相结合,利用BBO算法优越的寻优能力和SVC能够自动补偿无功功率,设计了一种阻尼控制器。在PSCAD仿真平台上,搭建IEEE第一标准模型,验证了经BBO算法优化后的SVC阻尼控制器能够有效抑制SSO。 Due to subsynchronous oscillation(SSO)problems in power systems,it will endanger the safe operation of generator sets.In order to suppress this abnormal phenomenon,it is proposed to combine the biogeography optimization algorithm(BBO)and the static var compensator(SVC),and use the superior optimization ability of the BBO algorithm and the SVC to automatically compensate the reactive power.A damping controller.On the PSCAD simulation platform,the IEEE first standard model is built to verify that the SVC damping controller optimized by the BBO algorithm can effectively suppress SSO.
