中药熏洗治疗膝关节滑膜炎的研究进展

Research progress in the treatment of knee synovitis by fumigating and washing with traditional Chinese medicine

中药(TCM)熏洗疗法是骨伤科医师治疗膝关节滑膜炎的常用方法,其作为中医药传统疗法的重要组成部分,具有悠久的历史,且使用方法多样,配伍用药灵活。本文通过计算机系统检索中国知网、万方、维普及中国生物医学文献服务系统等中文数据库,特别是近5年来有关TCM熏洗治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床文献,加以分析整理归纳后发现:单纯TCM熏洗或TCM熏洗结合TCM内服、针灸、物理治疗、关节腔注射等疗法均有一定的临床效果,但熏洗温度、熏洗疗程等熏洗方法还未形成统一的共识或指南以指导临床。TCM熏洗治疗膝关节滑膜炎值得进一步研究和验证,以探明其作用机制和适用范围,更好的服务于临床。

Fumigation and washing therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is a common method for osteologists to treat knee synovitis.As an important part of TCM therapy,fumigation and washing therapy of TCM has a long history,various methods of use,and flexible drug compatibility.In this paper,through the computer system to retrieve the Chinese databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and SinoMed,especially the clinical literature about the treatment of knee synovitis literature by fumigating and washing with TCM in the past five years,analyzing and summarizing find that:pure TCM fumigation or TCM fumigation combined with TCM internal medicine,acupuncture,physical therapy,articular cavity injection therapy has a certain clinical effect,but the fumigation temperature,fumigation treatment such as fumigation temperature and fumigation treatment course and fumigation method has not yet formed unified agreement or guide to guide clinical.TCM fumigation treatment of knee synovitis is worthy of further research and verification,in order to explore the mechanism of action and scope of application,better serve the clinical.
