摘要
近年来,肿瘤一直是纳米医学研究的重点,肿瘤细胞外酸性环境为肿瘤靶向治疗提供了新思路。pH敏感结构随着pH的改变而产生构象变化,将pH敏感结构与纳米结构相结合,用于构建pH敏感纳米结构以促进肿瘤细胞摄取。本文对近年来用于肿瘤靶向药物递送的pH敏感纳米结构的研究进行了综述,描述了pH敏感结构的类型,阐述了pH敏感结构与纳米结构的结合方式。对pH敏感纳米结构的进一步了解将有助于设计更有效的药物递送系统,以应对肿瘤治疗中遇到的挑战。
In recent years,tumor has been the focus of nanomedicine research,and the extracellular acidic environment of tumor provides a new idea for targeted therapy of tumor.The pH-sensitive structure changes conformation with the change of pH.The combination of pH-sensitive structure and nanostructure is used to construct the pH-sensitive nanostructure to promote the uptake of tumor cells.This paper reviews the recent research on pH-sensitive nanostructures used for tumor targeted drug delivery,describes the types of pH-sensitive nanostructures,and describes the combination of pH-sensitive structures and nanostructures.Further understanding of pH-sensitive nanostructures will help design more effective drug delivery systems to address the challenges of tumor therapy.
