补益肝肾法在中医眼科中的应用进展

Application progress of tonifying liver and kidney in ophthalmology of traditional Chinese medicine

中医认为目病患者后期大多久病伤阴,更有年老体衰者劳瞻竭视,肝肾亏虚,精血不足,对于疾病后期以及慢性复发性疾病,中医辨证论治往往较西医更具优势。“五轮学说”“肝窍学说”作为中医眼科基础理论,阐述了眼与肝肾的密切关系,也为眼病从肝肾论治提供了理论依据。内治法广泛应用于中医内、外障眼病,补益肝肾法作为中医内治法之一,主要用于治疗肝肾不足所致眼病,如肝劳、上胞下垂、圆翳内障、云雾移睛、青盲、视衣脱离术后、视瞻昏渺、青风内障、高风内障等。本文通过检索相关文献,简述近年来补益肝肾法在中医眼科的应用进展。

According to traditional Chinese medicine,most of the patients in the later stage of eye diseases suffer from prolonged diseases and injure yin,and those with old and frail suffer from exhaustion,deficiency of liver and kidney,and asthenia of essence and blood.For the later stage of diseases and chronic recurrent diseases,the treatment based on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation is often more advantageous than western medicine.As the basic theories of eye diseases of traditional Chinese medicine,the“five-wheel theory”and“liver-orifice theory”expounds the close relationship between the eye and the liver and kidney,and provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of eye diseases from the liver and kidney.Internal treatment is widely used in internal and external eye diseases of traditional Chinese medicine.As one of the internal treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine,tonifying liver and kidney is mainly used for the treatment of eye diseases caused by liver and kidney insufficiency,such as hepatic fatigue,ptosis of eyelid,senile cataract,vitreous opacity,blue blindness,after visual garment detachment surgery,blurred vision,blue wind glaucoma,retinopathypigmentosa and so on.By searching related literature,this paper briefly describes the application progress of liver and kidney supplementing in ophthalmology of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years.
