烟台市不同医养结合服务模式下老年人服务满意度现状研究

Research on service satisfaction of the elderly under different integration of medical care service models in Yantai

目的了解烟台市四种医养结合服务模式,调查分析老年人的服务满意度,为医养结合服务的更好开展提供建议。方法典型抽样选取2018年烟台市四种模式下具有代表性的四种机构进行现场调研,以问卷形式调查210名老年人基本情况及其对服务满意度。结果本调查共发放问卷240份,回收220份,有效回收率为87.5%。烟台市四种模式契合国家医养结合服务体系。四种机构不同婚姻状况、失能情况、总体健康状况的老年人比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。四种机构医疗护理、文化娱乐、精神慰藉服务满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论烟台市四种医养结合服务模式全面发展,仍需加强医疗与养老的深度融合,以老年人需求为导向,从宣传教育、服务项目、服务人才方面完善健康养老服务。

Objective To understand the four integration of medical care service models in Yantai,and investigate and analyze the service satisfaction of the elderly,and provide suggestions for better development of integration of medical care service.Methods Four representative institutions under the 4 modes of Yantai in 2018 were selected by typical sample for field investigation.The basic situation and service satisfaction of 210 elderly people were investigated through questionnaires.Data analysis was performed by SPSS 25.0 statistical software and thematic framework method.Results A total of 240 questionnaires were distributed in this survey,and 220 were recovered.The effective recovery rate was 87.5%.The four models of Yantai were integrated into the national integration of medical care service system.There were statistically significant differences among the elderly in the four institutions with different marital status,disability,and overall health status(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in satisfaction of medical care,cultural entertainment,and spiritual comfort services in the four institutions(P<0.05).Conclusion Yantai's four integration of medical care service models are fully developed.It is still necessary to strengthen the deep integration of medical care and old-age care,take the needs of the elderly as the guide,and improve the health and old-age care services in terms of publicity and education,service projects,and service personnel.
