聚乙二醇在结肠镜检术前不同时间给药对患者睡眠情况和肠道清洁度影响分析

Analysis of the Effects of Polyethylene Glycol on Patients′Sleep and Intestinal Cleanliness At Different Time before Colonoscopy

目的:探究聚乙二醇在结肠镜检术前不同时间给药对患者睡眠情况及肠道清洁度的影响。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年3月在福建泉州市第一医院住院并接受结肠镜检术患者93例作为研究对象,随机分为A、B、C3组,每组31例。A组患者术前1 d 1600及手术当天1000各大给药1次;B组患者术前1 d 1900及手术当天1000各给药1次,C组患者手术当天600-1100给药2次,比较分析3组给药后其肠道清洁度、术前1 d晚睡眠质量并不良反应发生率。结果:3组患者肠道清洁度、睡眠质量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:手术当天给药2次能够显著提高患者肠道清洁度,同时能够降低失眠发生率,且安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the effects of PEG on the sleep and intestinal cleanliness of patients before and after colonoscopy.Methods:Choose in June 2018 to March 2019 in our hospital 93 cases of patients as the research object,and randomly divided into A,B,C three groups,A group of patients with preoperative 1 d 16:00 on the day of surgery and 10:00 every large dose once;Group B patients with preoperative 1 d at 19:0010:00 the delivery time,and on the day of surgery patients of group C-11:00 at 6:00 on the day of surgery for twice,the comparative analysis of three groups after dosing the intestinal cleanliness,preoperative 1 d night sleep quality and incidence of adverse reactions.Results:There were significant differences in intestinal cleanliness and sleep quality between the three groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:Administration twice a day on the day of surgery can significantly improve the cleanliness of the intestines,while reducing the incidence of insomnia,and the safety is higher.
