优质护理联合中医推拿对患儿睡眠质量影响分析

Analysis on the Effect of Quality Nursing Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Massage on Children′s Sleep Quality

目的:探讨优质护理联合中医推拿对患儿睡眠质量影响分析。方法:选取2017年3月至2018年3月漳州市中医院收治的患儿106例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组53例。对照组患儿采用常规护理,观察组患儿采用优质护理联合中医推拿方案,比较2组患儿睡眠质量评价指标(PSQI)。结果:护理前2组患儿护理前睡眠质量评分(PSQI)基本相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组患儿睡眠质量(PSQI)评分显著低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对患儿应用优质护理联合中医推拿措施,有助于提高患儿睡眠质量,提高其配合度,具有很高的应用价值,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage on children′s sleep quality.Methods:Zhangzhou hospital during March 2017 to March 2018 treated 106 cases of pediatric patients,using the random number table method it can be divided into observation group(53 cases)and control group(53 cases)and control group with conventional nursing,the team is made of high quality nursing children joint Chinese massage,compared two groups of children with sleep quality index(PSQI).Results:The score of sleep quality(PSQI)before nursing was basically similar between the two groups,with no statistical significance(P>,0.05).After nursing,the score of sleep quality(PSQI)in the sobservation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high quality nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage is helpful to improve children′s sleep quality and coordination,which has high application value and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
