全麻苏醒期保温护理对患者麻醉及应激状况的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Thermal Insulation Nursing on Anesthesia and Stress of Patients During the Waking Period of General Anesthesia

目的:探究全麻苏醒期保温护理应用于全身麻醉患者时对患者麻醉及应激状况的影响。方法:选择本院2018年6月至2018年12月厦门大学附属第一医院杏林分院收治的全身麻醉手术的患者81例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组(n=41)与对照组(n=40)。对照组采取常规护理方式,观察组采取全麻苏醒期保温护理方式。比较2组患者护理后的麻醉相关情况以及应激状况。结果:2组麻醉时间、手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组拔管时间、麻醉苏醒观察时间以及睁眼时间等指标与对照组相比更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。探究组患者的C反应蛋白、肾上腺素以及去甲肾上腺素等应激反应明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与常规护理比较,全麻苏醒期保温护理应用于全身麻醉患者护理中的优势更明显,不仅能缩短患者的苏醒时间,且能缓解手术带来的应激性反应,临床效果良好,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of thermal insulation nursing on anesthesia and stress status of patients under general anesthesia.Methods:A total of 81 patients receiving general anesthesia in xinglin branch of the first affiliated hospital of xiamen university from June 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects of the study.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,including 40 patients in the control group and 41 patients in the observation group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with general anesthesia.The anaesthesia-related conditions and stress conditions of the two groups of patients after nursing were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in anesthesia time and operation time between the two groups(P>0.05),while extubation time,anesthesia wake observation time and eye opening time in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The c-reactive protein,adrenaline and norepinephrine stress responses of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional nursing,the application of thermal insulation nursing in general anesthesia patients in the wake period has more obvious advantages,which can not only shorten the patient′s wake time,but also alleviate the stress response brought by the operation.The clinical effect is good,and it is worthy of promotion.
