摘要
目的:探究参与式饮食护理干预对胃癌根治术后患者营养状况及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2015年1月至2019年1月德化县中医院行胃癌根治术患者48例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组24例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行常规护理+参与式饮食护理。比较、分析2组护理治疗。结果:护理干预前,2组患者营养状况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,营养状况均提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预前,2组患者睡眠质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,睡眠质量比较,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于行胃癌根治术患者,给予参与式饮食护理,护理效果明确,可显著改善营养状况,提高患者睡眠质量,值得临床应用和推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of participatory diet nursing on nutritional status and sleep quality of patients after radical gastrectomy.Methods:A total of 48 patients with gastric cancer undergoing radical gastrectomy from January 2015 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 24 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received routine nursing plus participatory diet nursing.The results of nursing treatment in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:Before nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in nutritional status between the two groups(P>0.05).The nutritional status of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in sleep quality between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the sleep quality of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with gastric cancer undergoing radical operation,participating diet nursing can significantly improve nutritional status and sleep quality,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
