综合睡眠护理在脑梗死伴睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果研究

Application of Integrated Sleep Nursing in Patients with Cerebral Infarction with Sleep Disorder

目的:探究对脑梗死伴睡眠障碍患者应用综合睡眠护理的临床效果。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年2月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的脑梗死伴睡眠障碍患者70例作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组(采用常规护理)和观察组(给予综合睡眠护理),每组35例。将2组患者的护理满意度、PQSI-匹兹堡睡眠质量指数进行比较。结果:观察组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表,即PQSI量表中各个指标均显著优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中有32例对护理满意,护理满意度为91.4%,对照组中有23例对护理满意,护理满意度为65.7%,观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.873,P=0.009<0.05)。结论:综合睡眠护理应用于脑梗死伴睡眠障碍患者中具有显著效果,可以极大改善睡眠质量,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive sleep nursing on patients with cerebral infarction and sleep disorder.Methods:A Total of 70 patients with cerebral infarction with sleep disorder received in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n≤35,routine nursing)and study group(n≤35,given comprehensive sleep nursing).The nursing satisfaction and PQSI-Pittsburgh sleep quality index of the two groups were compared.Results:The Pittsburgh sleep quality index in the study group,that is,the PQSI scale,was significantly better than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups.32 cases in the study group were satisfied with nursing,and 23 cases in the control group were satisfied with nursing,and the nursing satisfaction was 65.7%.The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(χ2=6.873,P=0.009<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive sleep nursing has significant effect in patients with cerebral infarction with sleep disorder,which can greatly improve sleep quality and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
