颈椎骨折伴颈髓损伤术后患者接受焦点解决护理对其情绪及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Focus Solution Nursing on Mood and Sleep Quality of Patients with Cervical Fracture and Cervical Spinal Cord Injury

目的:研究分析在颈椎骨折伴颈髓损伤术后患者护理中的应用,以及护理对患者心理情绪及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年9月至2019年9月日照市五莲县人民医院骨科收治的颈椎骨折伴颈髓损伤术后患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组接受焦点解决护理方案,比较2组患者睡眠质量。结果:经护理干预后,观察组患者抑郁评分与睡眠评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),察组患者护理满意率明显较高,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本研究得知,对颈椎骨折伴颈髓损伤术后患者应用焦点解决护理,能缓解患者负面情绪,改善整体睡眠质量。

Objective:To study and analyze the application of nursing care for patients with cervical fracture and cervical spinal cord injury,and the effect of nursing care on patients′psychological mood and sleep quality.Methods:A total of 100 patients with cervical spine fracture and cervical spinal cord injury admitted to the department of orthopedics,wulian county people′s hospital,rizhao city from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group received focus solution nursing program.The sleep quality of patients in the two groups was compared.Results:after nursing intervention,there was a statistically significant difference between depression score and sleep score in the observation group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher,while the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:in this study,it is known that the application of focus solution nursing for patients with cervical fracture and cervical spinal cord injury can alleviate the negative emotions of patients and improve the overall sleep quality.
