骨折延迟愈合及骨不连与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停的相关性

Correlation Between Delayed Union and Nonunion of Fracture and Obstructive Sleep Apnea

目的:探讨骨折延迟愈合及骨不连与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2017年2月至2019年2月安徽省蚌埠市第一人民医院收治的骨折患者410例作为研究对象,其中骨折愈合者278例为对照组,骨折延迟愈合及骨不连者132例为观察组,其中合并OSA者15例为观察1组,无OSA者117例为观察2组。收集并比较各组患者一般资料,进一步对骨折延迟愈合及骨不连与OSA的相关性进行分析。结果:对照组与观察组、观察1组与观察2组组间的BMI、骨愈合时间、AHI、LSaO2、MSaO2、SLT90、骨痂X线评分等指标差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);相关分析显示观察1组患者的骨愈合时间与LSaO2、MSaO2呈明显负相关性,骨痂X线评分与LSaO2、MSaO2呈明显正相关性(均P<0.05)。结论:阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停是骨折延迟愈合及骨不连的危险因素,临床中应对该类人群重点关注并及早干预。

Objective:To investigate the correlation between delayed fracture healing and nonunion and obstructive sleep apnea(OSA).Methods:Clinical data of 410 patients with fractures admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,including 278 patients with fracture healing(control group),132 patients with delayed fracture healing and bone nonunion(observation group),including 15 patients with OSA(observation group 1)and 117 patients without OSA(observation group 2).General data of each group were collected and compared to further analyze the correlation between delayed fracture healing and nonunion and OSA.Results:BMI,bone healing time,AHI,LSaO2,MSaO2,SLT90,X-ray score of callus were significantly different between the control group and observation group,and between observation group 1 and observation group 2(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that bone healing time was negatively correlated with LSaO2 and MSaO2,and X-ray score of callus was positively correlated with LSaO2 and MSaO2(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Obstructive sleep apnea is a risk factor for delayed fracture healing and nonunion.
