精神分裂症患者睡眠障碍发生情况及其影响因素探讨

Investigation on the Occurrence of Sleep Disorders and Its Influencing Factors in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:探究精神分裂症患者睡眠障碍发生情况及其影响因素。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年3月广东省第三荣军医院收治的精神分裂症患者30例作为研究对象,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评估所有患者的睡眠情况,并应用阳性症状量表、阴性症状量表和不良反应量表对患者进行评估,分析睡眠障碍发生的影响因素。结果:不同不良反应、患者性别、户籍所在地、文化水平、婚姻情况患者的睡眠质量评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经多元回归分析,户籍所在地与精神症状与PSQI评分成负相关关系,不良反应、性别、婚姻情况、文化水平均与与PSQI评分成正相关关系。结论:精神分裂症患者睡眠障碍发生的影响因素较多,应根据影响因素进行干预,以改善患者的睡眠质量。

Objective:To investigate the occurrence of sleep disorders in patients with schizophrenia and its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 30 patients with schizophrenia in Third Rongjun Hospital of Guangdong Province from March 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled.The sleep situation of all the patients were evaluated with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,and the positive symptom scale and negative symptoms were applied reasonably.The influencing factors of sleep disorders were analyzed.Results:The sleep quality scores of patients with different side effects,patient gender,household registration,cultural level,and marital status were compared,and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are many influencing factors of sleep disorder in schizophrenic patients.We should intervene according to the influencing factors to improve the sleep quality of patients.
