芩连泻痛配方颗粒与传统中药饮片汤剂的超高效液相色谱特征图谱比较研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:比较芩连泻痛配方颗粒与传统中药饮片汤剂的化学组成差异,以探索配方颗粒在临床上的应用前景。方法:采用超高效液相色谱法,以葛根素、大豆苷、黄芩苷、延胡索乙素、盐酸小檗碱及甘草酸铵等15种对照品作为对照,对芩连泻痛配方颗粒与传统中药饮片的75%甲醇溶液提取物的特征图谱进行比较。结果:对照品和供试品各色谱峰分离效果较好,方法专属性、重现性和稳定性良好。芩连泻痛配方颗粒与传统中药饮片特征图谱的差异不大,芩连泻痛配方颗粒组分均匀性良好。结论:芩连泻痛配方颗粒与传统饮片汤剂化学组成差异不大。 OBJECTIVE:To compare the chemical composition differences between Qinlian Xietong formula granules and traditional decoction pieces,so as to probe into the clinical application prospects of formula granules.METHODS:Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography was adopted,15 reference materials such as puerarin,daidzein,baicalin,tetrahydropalmatine,berberine hydrochloride and ammonium glycyrrhizinate were set as the reference substance,the chemical composition differences between the 75%methanol solution extracts of Qinlian Xietong formula granules an the traditional decoction pieces were compared.RESULTS:The results of chromatographic peak separation of reference substance and test samples were good.The method had good specificity,reproducibility and stability.The differences of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography between Qinlian Xietong formula granules and the traditional decoction was not remarkable.The component uniformity of Qinlian Xietong formula granules was good.CONCLUSIONS:The chemical composition differences between Qinlian Xietong formula granules and the traditional decoction was not significant.
