干法焦炉烟气脱硫脱硝技术的应用

Application of dry process coke oven flue gas desulfurization and denitrification technology

介绍了焦炉烟气脱硫脱硝技术,分析了SDS干法脱硫及中低温SCR脱硝技术在云南大为制焦有限公司的应用情况,从工艺设计、系统安全控制、脱硫脱硝效率等不同维度进行了总结,认为SDS干法脱硫中低温SCR脱硝工艺技术成熟,运行稳定,达到预期效果。同时,提出了一些可行的经验以供借鉴。

This paper analyzes the current flue g as desulfurization and denitrification technology of coke oven, and introduces the application of SDS dry desulfurization and medium and low temperature SCR denitrification technology in Yunnan Dawei Coking Co., Ltd. From the different dimensions of process design, system safety control, desulfurization and denitration efficiency, it is concluded that SDS dry desulfurization medium and low temperature SCR denitration process technology is mature, stable operation and achieves the expected effect. At the same time, some feasible experiences are put forward for reference.
