摘要 三氯蔗糖是现代运用最广泛的甜味剂,目前我国每年产量超过5kt。虽然其合成方法多种多样,但我国三氯蔗糖生产的主流方法是:三氯蔗糖在对甲苯磺酸催化下和原乙酸三甲酯反应生产环酯,水解成蔗糖-4-酯和蔗糖-6-酯的混合物,丁胺转位重排成蔗糖-6-酯,然后用氯化亚砜氯代,最后脱去6位的保护基成三氯蔗糖。研究表明,蔗糖和原乙酸三甲酯成环酯法反应速度决定于蔗糖的溶解速度。基于超声波、溶解、粉碎三种方法进行研究,发现超声波溶解具有速度快、副反应少、设备简单等特点,运用于生产,可产生相当大的经济效益。 Sucralose is the most widely used sweetener in modern times. At present, the annual output of sucralose in China is more than 5000 tons. Although there are various synthesis methods, the mainstream method of sucralose production in China is: It is reacted with trimethyl orthoacetate under acid catalysis to produce cyclic ester, which is hydrolyzed into a mixture of sucrose-4-ester and sucrose-6-ester, butylamine is transposed and rearranged to sucrose-6-ester, and then sulfoxide chloride is used. Generation, and finally remove the 6-position protective group into sucralose.The results show that the reaction speed of cyclization of sucrose and trimethyl orthoacetate is determined by the dissolving speed of sucrose.Based on the research of ultrasonic, dissolving and pulverizing, it is found that ultrasonic dissolving has the characteristics of fast speed, less side reaction and simple equipment, which can produce considerable economic benefits when applied to production.
