聚丙烯酸丁酯的合成及性能

摘要 以丙烯酸丁酯为主要原料,偶氮异丁氰为引发剂,经过聚合反应合成聚丙烯酸丁酯(PBA)聚合物。采用聚丙烯酸丁酯(PBA)制备乳化复合油相,采用乳化试验法以及高低温循环法测其乳化性能以及储存稳定性能,结果表明,采用聚丙烯酸丁酯(PBA)与Span-80乳化剂复配制备的复合油相,能够达到聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺(T152)与Span-80乳化剂复配的效果。PBA价格明显低于T152,复合油相成本更低,更加适用于乳化炸药行业。 Polybutyl butyl( PBA) polymer was synthesized by using butyl acrylate as the main raw material and azoisobutylcyanide as the initiator. Polybutyl acrylate(PBA) was used to prepare emulsified composite oil phase. The emulsification test method and high-low temperature cycle method were used to determine the emulsification performance and storage stability of the emulsified composite oil phase, the results showed that the compound oil phase prepared by compounding polybutyl acrylate( PBA) and Span-80 emulsifier could achieve the effect of compounding polyisobutylene succinimide( T152) with Span-80 emulsifier. The price of PBA is significantly lower than T152, and the cost of the compound oil phase is lower. It is more suitable for the emulsion explosive industry.
