Comparison of methods for determination of phospholipid content in vegetable oil

摘要 采用国家标准GB/T5537-2008 《粮油检验磷脂含量的测定》中的钼蓝比色法和重量法两种检测方法对大豆、菜籽、花生、葵花毛油进行磷脂含量的测定,以检测两种检测方法的准确性,并与送外检结果比对使检测结果更具客观性。结果表明:大豆、菜籽、花生、葵花毛油采用钼蓝比色法检测结果为:2.643、9.684、0.662、2.312mg/g;采用重量法检测结果为:3.102、10.378、0.753、2.935mg/g;外检采用钼蓝比色法检测结果为2.577、9.631、0.644、2.253mg/g;采用重量法检测结果为:2.792、9.964、0.723、2.743mg/g。结论:实验室采用钼蓝比色法进行磷脂含量检测,结果准确性相对较高。 The content of phospholipid in soybean, rapeseed, peanut and sunflower crude oil was determined by molybdenum blue colorimetric method and weight method in national standard GB/t5537-2008 determination of phospholipid content in grain and oil inspection.The results showed that the detection results of soybean, rapeseed, peanut and sunflower crude oil by molybdenum blue colorimetric method were 2.643, 9.684, 0.662 and 2.312 mg/g.The test results by weight method were:3.102、 10.378、 0.753 and2.935 mg/g;The results of external inspection by molybdenum blue colorimetric method were 2.577、9.631、 0.644 and 2.253 mg/g. The results by weight method were 2.792、 9.964、 0.723 and 2.743 mg/g.Conclusion:Molybdenum blue colorimetric method to detect the phospholipid content, and the results are relatively accurate.
