摘要
锡铸态光谱单点标准样品的研制,根据新的国家标准,增加硫、银、镍、钴四个杂质元素。结果表明:标准样品均匀性、稳定性良好。经国内多家权威实验室和专门从事锡产品检测的实验室协作定值及统计处理,确定了标准值及不确定度,研制技术水平已达到国际先进水平。
the development of single point standard sample of tin cast state spectrum, according to the new national standard, four impurity elements of sulfur, silver, nickel and cobalt are added. The results show that the standard sample has good uniformity and stability. The standard value and uncertainty have been determined by many authoritative laboratories in China and the laboratory specialized in tin product testing, and the technical level has reached the international advanced level.
