摘要
分散蓝56是一种用于绦纶染色的蓝色染料,溴化反应是分散蓝最后一步化学反应,溴化反应终点要求溴含量达到20%~24%。A企业实际生产中溴化一次合格率仅为70.4%,通过对溴化反应机理的研究得出溴素不足是影响合格率的主要原因,再对生产的实际情况进行分较后找到了造成溴素不足的影响因素。通过改善冷凝效果,降低釜内负压,液下加料等方法,使溴化合格率达到了93.3%。
disperse blue 56 is a blue dye for tapeword dyeing. Bromination reaction is the last chemical reaction of dispersed blue. The end point of bromination reaction requires bromine content to reach20%-24%. A the first pass rate of bromination is only 70.4% in the actual production of enterprises, this paper concluded that the lack of bromine is the main cause of the qualified rate through the study of the mechanism of bromination reaction. By improving the condensation effect, reducing the negative pressure in the kettle and feeding under liquid, the qualified rate of bromination reached 93.3%.
