摘要
中韩(武汉)石化新建30万t/a离子液烷基化装置,依托Aspen软件模拟数据作为理论支撑,利用本装置现有设备,以加氢裂化装置产出的饱和液化气为原料,生产出的异丁烷纯度高达97%,满足装置开工要求。
SINOPEC-SK(WUHAN) Petrochemical Company newly built a 300,000-ton/year ionic liquid alkylation unit, relying on Aspen software simulation data as a theoretical support, using the existing equipment of the unit to produce the isobutane. Saturated liquefied gas from hydrocracking unit is used as raw material. The purity of the isobutane produced is as high as 97%, which meets the requirements for plant operation.
