摘要
针对现有的油气井出砂监测系统数据采集的噪声过多,效率较低等问题,设计了出砂信号高效采集系统。砂粒撞击管壁的超声信号通过传感器采集,采集的信号会经过信号驱动电路确保其能够进入后级电路,经过带通滤波器的信号经过AD后会进行数字滤波,滤除处于砂粒撞击频段的噪声。结果表明,经过数字滤波后出砂监测系统的工作效率显著提高。
Aiming at the problems of excessive noise and low efficiency of data collection in existing sand production monitoring systems of oil and gas wells, an efficient sand production signal acquisition system was designed. First, the ultrasonic signals from the sand particles hitting the pipe wall are collected by sensors. Then, the collected signal passes through the signal driving circuit to ensure that it can enter the subsequent circuit. Finally, the signal passing through the band-pass filter is digitally filtered after AD to filter out noise in the frequency band where the sand particles hit. The experimental results show that the work efficiency of the sand production monitoring system is significantly improved after digital filtering.
