This paper analyzes the measures to reduce the electrode paste and the consumption of calcium carbide furnace from four aspects: improving the quality of electrode paste and the management of electrode, strengthening the operation management of Calcium Carbide furnace and strengthening the management of production technology, it plays an important role in the smooth and stable operation of calcium carbide production system.
