Housing,Family and Mobility--Impact of Housing on Family Mobility and Migrant Family in China

基于2017年中国流动人口动态监测数据和2017年《中国城市统计年鉴》,构建二元逻辑回归模型、多元线性回归模型以及刻板序次回归模型,探讨了住房产权和住房支出对人口家庭化流动、流动家庭规模与结构的影响。实证结果表明,在流入地拥有住房产权的流动人口更倾向于家庭化的流动方式,其在流入地的家庭规模更大,家庭结构更完整;住房支出越高,流动人口发生家庭化迁移的可能性越大,其在流入地的家庭规模也越大,家庭结构越完整。

Based on the China Migrants Dynamic Survey 2017 and the 2017 China Urban Statistical Yearbook, through the construction of binary logic models, multiple linear regression modelsand stereotypes logistics model, we discussed the impact of housing property and housing expenditure on family migration and size and structure of migrant family. The empirical results show that the mobile population with housing property rights in the inflowing area is more inclined to family migration and the family in the inflowing area is larger and the family structure is more complete;The higher the housing expenditure, the higher possibility of family migration, the larger the family size in the inflow area and the more complete of the family structure.
