摘要
防汛形势图将防汛要素进行一张图展示,对基层防汛工作的组织和群众避险自救具有重要的作用。采用动态标绘技术对防汛要素进行动态管理,适应防汛要素量大类多、动态变化和跨区域影响等特点,为防汛决策和应急救援提供更有效的技术支撑。
Flood prevention situation map shows flood prevention elements in a map,which plays an important role in the organization of basic flood prevention work and mass risk avoiding and self-rescue. In order to meet the characteristics of flood prevention elements,such as large quantities,many categories,dynamic variations and cross-regional impacts,the dynamic plotting technology is adopted to dynamic management of flood prevention elements. It can provide more effective technical support for flood prevention decision-making and emergency rescue.
