鳖甲煎丸的文献计量学分析

A Bibliometric Analysis of Turtle Shell Decocted Pill

目的:运用文献计量学方法对鳖甲煎丸相关学术论文进行总结分析,进一步了解鳖甲煎丸的学术研究动态。方法:以中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)及维普中文科技期刊数据库为数据来源,以文献计量学角度对1957年以来鳖甲煎丸文献进行分析,包括文献年代分布、文献来源分布、期刊分布、作者分布、研究机构、文献类型、关键词等,分别进行统计分析。结果:截至2018年8月,共检索相关文献531篇,时间跨越61年,自2000年之后,文献数量呈逐年上升趋势,并在2012年达最高峰;文献来源以期刊论文为主,占总文献的78.34%;载文最多的期刊为《中医杂志》,共载文15篇;在作者分布及研究机构中,已有以南方医科大学贺松其教授为主的研究团队形成;文献类型以基础研究为主,占总文献数的29.94%;关键词共提取1445条,其中热点关键词为"肝纤维化""肝硬化""慢性乙型肝炎""肝癌"等。结论:鳖甲煎丸逐渐受到科研工作者的关注,并已有研究团队、研究热点形成,但在科研中仍存在不系统、不规范等不足。

Objective:To summarize and analyze the related academic papers of Turtle Shell Decocted Pill by using bibliometric method in order to further understand the academic research trends of Turtle Shell Decocted Pill.Methods:Based on CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,China Biomedical Literature Service System(SinoMed) and VIP Chinese Sci Tech Journal Database,this paper statistically analyzed Turtle Shell Decocted Pill′s papers since 1957 from the perspective of bibliometrics,including the annual distribution,source distribution,journal distribution,author distribution,research institutions,literature types,the key words,and so on.Results:Until August of 2018,a total of 531 relevant papers have been searched,covering 61 years.Since 2000,the number of papers has been on the rise year by year,and reached the peak in 2012.The main source of papers comes from journal articles,which accounts for 78.34% of the total number of papers.The Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine has published the most related articles,with 15 articles in total.In terms of the author distribution and research institutions,there has been a research team mainly composed of Professor He Song-qi from Southern Medical University.The main type of papers is basic research,accounting for 29.94% of the total literature;a total of 1,445 key words have been extracted,among which the hot keywords are "liver fibrosis", "cirrhosis", "chronic hepatitis B", "liver cancer",etc.Conclusion:Turtle Shell Decocted Pill has gradually attracted the attention of scientific researchers,and has formed research teams and research hotspots,but there are still some shortcomings in scientific research,such as unsystematic and nonstandard study.
