The Basic Situation,Characters and Related Issues of the 1912 Planned Communist Party of China

1912年3月31日,上海《民权报》刊登《中国共产党征集同志》消息;4月28日,沈阳《盛京时报》以《共产党出现》为题,报道“中国共产党”即将召开成立大会并公布了党纲。对上述史料作了一定的考证,认为这个拟成立的党总体上主张国家社会主义,性质上属于小资产阶级政党。在此基础上,对相关政党及党纲作了比较研究。

On March 31,1912,Shanghai“Civil Rights Daily”published a notice of“Recruiting Comrades of the Communist Party of China”.On April 28,Shenyang“Shengjing Times”reported the news that“the Communist Party of China”was about to hold an inaugural meeting and announced the party programme under the title of“The Appearance of the Communist Party”.Through some textual research on the above historical materials,this paper points out that the party planned to be established generally proposed national socialism and was in fact a petite bourgeoisie party.Based on this viewpoint,it also carries out a comparative study on similar and related parties and their programmes.
