摘要
核心力量训练作为传统力量训练的补充,已经逐渐走入了竞技体育运动训练领域,并取得了理想的应用成效。鉴于此,本文就针对核心力量训练在青少年篮球运动员体能训练中的应用进行了探讨。首先基于对核心力量训练与传统力量训练区别的分析,阐述了核心力量训练在青少年篮球运动员体能训练中的应用价值,然后又进一步梳理归纳了核心力量训练在青少年篮球运动员体能训练中的应用思路,以期能够为青少年篮球运动员体能训练活动的开展提供参考。
