高中校园足球发展的实践困境与出路

校园足球的发展是我国足球事业发展的重要组成部分,通过文献资料法、访谈法对高中校园足球发展进行了研究。研究表明:基础设施配备不全,师资力量短缺;学训矛盾突出,存在多主体复杂博弈;校园足球的异质化现象严重,核心校园足球文化缺乏;上升通道狭窄,激励幅度不足5个方面制约了高中校园足球的发展。校园足球应该让学生学有所得、学有所获,这样赛事管理混乱,管理体系有待完善;校园足球才有生命力。
