摘要
瑜伽是一项古老的体育项目,瑜伽能够让练习者身心合一,消除个体焦虑及紧张情绪,所以瑜伽已经深受大众认可和肯定。近几年来,部分高校利用瑜伽教学提升学生身心健康水平,同时也开设了相应的课程,得到了高等院校学生的普遍欢迎。本文将简单介绍瑜伽教学的现状,并重点探讨瑜伽教学给高等院校学生素质提升带来的具体作用,以供参考。
Yoga is an ancient sports program.Yoga can make the practitioners physically and mentally unite and eliminate individual anxiety and nervousness.Therefore,yoga has been recognized and aff irmed by the public.In recent years,some colleges and universities have used yoga teaching to improve students'physical and mental health.At the same time,they have also opened corresponding courses,which have been widely welcomed by college students.This article will brief ly introduce the current situation of yoga teaching,and focus on the specif ic role of yoga teaching to improve the quality of college students,for reference.
