花样跳绳在小学体育课堂中的应用探析

特别是近些年来,花样跳绳这个运动项目被越来越多的人所认识,也得到了很多学校、学生和家长的认可支持。开展花样跳绳运动的学校也逐渐增加。本文以花样跳绳在小学体育课堂中的应用为研究对象,探究花样跳绳在小学体育课堂以及大课间活动中对小学生的身体素质、跳绳技能、团队精神,以及促进身体健康等方面的影响。

Especially in recent years,the sport of rope skipping has been recognized by more and more people,and has been recognized and supported by many schools,students and parents.The number of schools carr ying out synchronized rope skipping is also increasing.This paper takes the application of rope skipping in primary school physical education class as the research object,and explores the inf luence of rope skipping on the physical quality,rope skipping skills,team spirit and promoting physical health of primary school students in primary school physical education class and large-scale recess activities.
