广州市小学体育教师“学研共同体”的构建背景及社会价值研究

构建小学体育教师“学研共同体”的目的在于提高小学体育教师综合素质能力,为实现新时代下小学体育教育的发展目标提供坚实的保障。本文运用文献综述法阐述了广州市小学体育教师“学研共同体”的构建背景,并对相关的构建价值论证与分析,其目的在于提高对构建小学体育教师“学研共同体”的重视程度,为确保“学研共同体”的构建效果提供必要的借鉴与参考。

The purpose of constructing the"learning research community"of primar y school physical education teachers is to improve the teaching ability and scientif ic research level of primary school physical education teachers,so as to provide a solid guarantee for the realization of the development goal of primary school physical education in the new era.This paper expounds the construction background of"learning research community"of primary school physical education teachers in Guangzhou by using the method of literature review,and demonstrates and analyzes the relevant construction value.The purpose of this paper is to improve the emphasis on the construction of"learning research community"of primary school physical education teachers,and provide necessary reference and reference for ensuring the construction effect of"learning research community".
