职业素养培养融入高职专业课程的实证研究--以空中乘务专业民航旅游类课程为例

摘要 高职教育应注重学生职业素养的培养,如何在专业课程教学中达成这一目标,可以从前期课程设计角度以教学内容选取这个方面来研究分析,以空乘专业民航旅游类课程内容选取为实例,具体深入分析旅客在乘坐飞机过程中产生的共性、个性、静态、动态等心理,以及民航服务人员在实际工作中针对旅客这些心理需求应该掌握哪些知识,才能更好地提供服务,真正做到以岗位需求为准则选定专业课程教学内容。 Higher vocational education should aim at and emphasize the cultivation of students’ professionalism. The way of achieving such goal in specialized course teaching is to research into and analyze the selection of teaching contents based on preliminary course design. This paper takes civil aviation tourism course for flight attendants as an example, carrying out specific and indepth analysis of the common, individual, static and dynamic features of passengers’ mentality during flight, as well as what kind of knowledge to be mastered by flight attendants for dealing with such psychological needs in real situations, so as to provide better services for passengers. In this way, the selection of teaching contents in specialized courses consists with the requirements of job position.
