计算机网络技术技能型人才培养的改革方案探索

Research on Reform Program of Cultivating Skilled Technical Talents on Computer Network

我国产业升级换代加快,经济结构调整不断深化,各行各业对技术技能人才的需求愈发紧迫。计算机网络技术技能型人才的培养必须立足国家战略和经济社会发展的需要,深化计算机网络技术复合型技术技能人才培养培训模式改革,调整办学定位和专业设置,完善学历教育与培训并重的教育体系,畅通人才成长成才渠道。采用基于项目案例驱动式教学方法,夯实工程案例与项目库的建设,采用案例项目实践教学模式和校外工程师与校内教师的团队协作制,实施学生管理双导师制,通过优化资源来培养更多优秀的网络技术技能型人才。

With the acceleration of industrial upgrading and constant deepening of economic restructuring, the demand for skilled technical talents in all walks of life is becoming more and more urgent. Based on the national strategy and requirements of economic and social development, we must deepen the reform of the cultivation and training mode of inter-disciplinary technical talents on computer network technology, adjust the orientation of college management and specialty offering, improve the education system with equal emphasis on academic education and training, and provide channels for the growth of talents. We adopt project-based teaching approach and practical teaching mode, consolidate the construction of resource pool, and advocate collaboration between off-campus engineers and on-campus teachers. Double-tutor system is implemented in student management and resources are optimized in order to cultivate more excellent and skilled talents on network technology.
