B777-300ER飞机空调组件冲压空气进口门系统故障分析与改进

摘要 B777-300ER飞机空调组件冲压空气进口门系统(以下简称进口门系统)故障多发,根据MMEL及MEL(最低设备放行清单)执行两部空调组件进口门失效保留程序后,客舱环境温度高至32摄氏度并且无法进行有效调节。对此,经多次实验得到新的结果,并与飞机制造厂家充分沟通,厂家采纳了我们的建议,同意对相关技术文件进行修改。最终,航空公司对B777-300ER机队空调组件进口门系统实施了改装,为B777-300ER机队航线运行提供了有效保障。 Failures appear frequently in the ram-air inlet door system(hereinafter referred to as the inlet door system) of air-conditioning unit on aircraft B777-300 ER. After running failure-retention procedures for the inlet doors of two air-conditioning units according to the MMEL(Master Minimum Equipment List) and MEL(Minimum Equipment List), the cabin ambient temperature climbed to 32 degrees Celsius and cannot be adjusted effectively. After several experiments and full communication with the aircraft manufacturer, the manufacturer finally accepted our suggestions and agreed to modify the relevant technical documents. The airline company then did a modification to the inlet door system for air-conditioning packs on aircrafts B777-300 ER, ensuring effectively the safe operation of aircrafts B777-300 ER.
