随着精准扶贫理念的深入实施,我国农村经济面临着巨大的发展机遇和发展空间。同时,受自然、地理和历史因素的影响,农村经济发展也急需解决当前存在的很多现实问题,诸如生产方式集约性不高、贫困人口数量多、劳动力素质不高、技术设施薄弱等,这些突出问题不仅导致农村贫困人口脱贫困难重重,也严重制约农村经济崛起腾飞,急需科学把握好精准扶贫带来的政策红利和经济辐射力,有针对性地推动农村经济振兴发展。

With the in-depth implementation of targeted poverty alleviation, China’s rural economy is facing great opportunities and development space. At the same time, due to the influence of natural, geographical and historical factors, it is urgent that rural economic development should solve many existing realistic problems, such as lack of intensive production mode, large number of poor people, low quality of labor force, weak technical facilities, etc. These prominent problems have not only brought many difficulties to poverty alleviation, but also seriously restricted the development of rural economy. Therefore, it is urgent to fully understand the policy benefits of targeted poverty alleviation and its influence range on economy so as to make targeted efforts in promoting the revitalization and development of rural economy.
