摘要
为了探讨稻瘟病菌热激蛋白MGHSP90的结构特征和性质差异,本研究对MGHSP90热激蛋白进行了生物信息学分析,结果表明,MGHSP90为热激蛋白,属于亲水蛋白、无信号肽、不具有跨膜结构、N-末端具有ATP酶保守结构域。亚细胞定位分析结果表明,该蛋白定位于线粒体。磷酸化位点预测分析结果显示,MGHSP90热激蛋白预测到43个丝氨酸位点,24个苏氨酸位点和10个酪氨酸位点磷酸化位点。本研究为进一步研究稻瘟病菌热激蛋白MGHSP90基因的功能提供了一些参考依据。
To explore the structural characteristics and properties of MGHSP90 protein in Magnaporthe oryzae.The structural char acteristics and properties of MGHSP90 were analyzed together with MGHSP90 protein in Magnaporthe oryzae by bioinformatics methods.The bioinformatics analysis results showed that a HSP protein,hydrophilic protein,no signaling peptide,no transmembrane domain,and an ATPase conserved domain at the N-terminal were predicted in MGHSP90.The subcellular localization analysis showed that MGHSP90 was localized in mitochondria.The prediction and analysis of phosphorylation site showed that some phosphorylation sites were predicted in MGHSP90.This research would provide theoretical reference and analysis basis for function of MGHSP90.
