醋酸泼尼松联合来氟米特治疗IgA肾病的临床观察及护理措施

Clinical Observation and Nursing Measures of Prednisone Acetate Combined with Leflunomide in the Treatment of IgA Nephropathy

目的:对比分析醋酸泼尼松联合来氟米特在治疗IgA肾病患者中的应用效果。方法:2017年8月至2018年10月,将116例IgA肾病患者作为研究对象,按照按照入院编号单双数法分为对照组54例,采用采用醋酸泼尼松药物治疗,观察组62例,采用醋酸泼尼松联合来氟米特药物治疗,两组患者均采用有效的护理,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组患者血肌酐、血尿素氮以及24h尿蛋白定量水平,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,对照组血肌酐、血尿素氮以及24h尿蛋白定量水平,显著高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,对照组患者总满意度为77.78%,显著低于观察组95.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醋酸泼尼松联合来氟米特在治疗IgA肾病患者中的应用效果突出,值得临床推广。

Objective: To compare and analyze the effect of prednisone acetate combined with leflunomide in the treatment of IgA nephropathy. Methods: From August 2017 to October 2018, 116 patients with IgA nephropathy were divided into control group(54 cases) and observation group(62 cases) with prednisone acetate combined with leflunomide. The two groups were treated with effective nursing, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and 24-hour urinary protein between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the levels of serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and 24-hour urinary protein in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05). After nursing, the total satisfaction rate of patients in the control group was 77.78%, which was significantly lower than that in the observation group(95.16%, P<0.05). Conclusion: Prednisone acetate combined with leflunomide in the treatment of IgA nephropathy is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
