糖尿病合并高尿酸血症应用苯溴马隆治疗的观察

摘要 目的:观察糖尿病合并高尿酸血症应用苯溴马隆治疗的效果。方法:选择2017年1月至2019年1月收治的2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症患者80例,采用随机数表法分成A、B两组,每组各40例。A组给予苯溴马隆治疗,B组给予别嘌醇治疗,观察两组治疗后的疗效,比较两组治疗前后的血糖、血尿酸(SUA)、血肌酐(Scr)及血尿素氮(BUN)水平,比较两组治疗后不良反应的发生情况。结果:A、B两组治疗后总有效率分别为92.50%和75.00%,A组治疗后的总有效率较B组高(P<0.05);A组治疗后空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖水平均较B组低(P<0.05);两组治疗后血SUA、Scr及BUN水平均较治疗前改善明显,A组治疗后血SUA、Scr及BUN水平均较B组低(P<0.05);A、B两组治疗后不良反应发生率分别为15.00%和32.50%,两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:苯溴马隆治疗糖尿病合并高尿酸血症的效果更优,可有效改善肾功能指标水平,用药安全性较好。 Objective: To observe the curative effect of benzbromarone on diabetes mellitus combined with hyperuricemia. Methods: 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hyperuricemia who were admitted from January 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled. They were divided into groups A and group B by random number table method, 40 cases in each group. Group A was given benzbromarone, while group B was given allopurinol. The curative effect of the two groups after treatment was observed. The levels of blood glucose, serum uric acid(SUA), serum creatinine(Scr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment was compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, total response rates in group A and group B were 92.50%and 75.00%, respectively. After treatment, total response rate in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0.05). After treatment, fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose level in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0.05). After treatment, levels of SUA, Scr and BUN in the two groups were significantly improved. After treatment, levels of SUA, Scr and BUN in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0.05). After treatment, there was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between group A and group B(15.00%vs 32.50%)(P>0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of benzbromarone is better on diabetes mellitus combined with hyperuricemia, which can effectively improve levels of renal function indexes. And medication safety is relatively better.
