复方承气汤促进腹部术后肠功能恢复的有效性分析

Effectiveness Analysis of Compound Chengqi Decoction in Promoting Intestinal Function Recovery after Abdominal Operation

目的:探讨复方承气汤促进腹部术后肠功能恢复的有效性。方法:选择2016年1月至2018年1月腹部术后患者124例分为对照组和观察组,每组62例。对照组给予生理盐水常规治疗,观察组给予复方承气汤治疗,比较两组腹部术后肠功能恢复效果和肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、排便时间。结果:两组腹部术后患者观察组腹部术后患者治疗效果明显优于对照组腹部术后患者,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组腹部术后患者观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、排便时间比对照组明显缩短,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方承气汤对腹部术后肠功能恢复具有显著效果且能够缩短肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、排便时间等,值得推广应用。

Objective: To explore the effectiveness of compound chengqi decoction in promoting intestinal function recovery after abdominal surgery. Methods: 124 cases of patients with abdominal surgery from January 2016 to January 2018 were divided into control group and observation group, with 62 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment with normal saline, and the observation group received treatment with compound chengqi decoction. The recovery effect of intestinal function after abdominal operation and the recovery time of bowel sound, first exhaust time and defecation time were compared between the two groups. Results: The treatment effect of patients after abdominal operation in the observation group was significantly better than that of patients after abdominal operation in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The recovery time of bowel sound, first exhaust time and defecation time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound chengqi decoction has remarkable effect on the recovery of intestinal function after abdominal surgery, and can shorten the recovery time of bowel sound, the time of first exhaust and defecation, etc.
