我国体育特色小镇建设的SWOT分析及战略构思

SWOT Analysis and Strategic Conception of Sports Town Construction in China

在运用文献研究、逻辑分析等方法对我国当前体育特色小镇建设热作了全方位分析的基础上,笔者认为:体育特色小镇建设的优势有政策助推、地利禀赋;劣势为起步略晚、位居偏远;机会有产业升级、城镇融合;威胁有盲目跟风、观念滞后。建议发挥政策法规功效,利用产业转型机遇;克服宣传推广困难,响应新闻媒介融入;借助乡间自然魅力,凸显村镇独有特质;引导民众参与共建,弥补思想淡薄缺陷,以期我国体育特色小镇良性运行与协调发展。

Based on an all-round analysis of the current upsurge in the construction of sports towns in China by literature research and logical analysis, the author believes that China’s advantages in sports town construction include policy promotion and geographical endowment while the disadvantages are comparatively late starting and remote locations. The industrial upgrading and urban integration bring about opportunities to sports town development, but there are also threats like blindness in following the trend and lagging concepts. Suggestions are given as follows: to bring into full play the policies and regulations and utilize the opportunities of industrial transformation;to overcome difficulties in publicity and promotion and respond to the integration of media;to highlight the unique characteristics of villages and towns with the natural charm of the countryside;to encourage the public participation in the co-construction and make up for the defects of weak thoughts. These proposals are given with a view to develop sports towns in benign operation and coordination in our country.
