高硫炼焦煤中硫的嵌布规律及降硫方案研究

摘要 为了在现有生产工艺基础上,通过适度的工艺改造,达到对高硫煤进一步脱硫的目的,采用筛分、浮沉及破碎等手段,对山西古交地区高硫炼焦煤进行试验分析,并得到以下结论:原煤中同时存在有机硫和无机硫,其中无机硫主要赋存于高密度级的矸石中,较低密度级矸石由于硫分相对较低,并且易于泥化,因此破碎过程可在一定程度上降低浮选精煤的硫分;对该煤采用13 mm分级破碎,控制分选密度在1.5~1.6 g/cm3范围内时可选性较好,可在满足产品灰分指标的前提下达到最佳脱硫效果,产品硫分最低可达1.27%。 To achieve further desulfurization of high-sulfur coal,the author puts forward methods of screening,floatation and crushing to test and analyze the high-sulfur coking coal in Gujiao,Shanxi based on the existing production process,which draws the following conclusions:Organic sulfur and inorganic sulfur are present in the raw coal,with inorganic sulfur mainly existing in high-density gangue.Due to the relatively low sulfur content and easy sludge,lower density gangue can reduce the sulfur content of flotation concentrate to a certain extent.The coal is 13 mm graded and crushed,and the selectivity is controlled within the range of 1.5 to 1.6 g/cm3.The selectivity is good.The best desulfurization effect can be achieved under the premise of meeting the ash index of the product,and the minimum sulfur content of the product can be reached up to 1.27%.
