摘要
木瓜煤矿为极近距离煤层群开采;本文以10-102工作面切眼巷道位置选择为实例,对下层煤10-102工作面切眼巷道应选择在上层煤9-104工作面遗留煤柱影响范围的低应力区内进行探讨;通过理论计算与Flac3D模拟软件建立模型进行分析,当10-102工作面切眼与上煤层9-104工作面遗留煤柱错距为0 m、4 m、8 m、12 m时,探讨切眼受遗留煤柱影响的围岩变形及塑性区分布情况,其中煤柱错距为4 m时,切眼受上层煤影响的程度降到最低;通过煤矿现场验证,10-102工作面切眼掘进后,围岩变形控制在有效范围内,围岩状况良好,能满足综采设备安装要求;实践表明,遗留煤柱错距选择4 m较为合理。
Taking the open-off cut roadway position selection at 10-102 working face of Mugua Colliery for instance,the paper probes into the surrounding rock deformation and plastic zone distribution of open-off cut at 10-102 working face with underlying coal seam influenced by left-over coal pillar at 9-104 working face with overlying seam by model building analysis with theoretical calculation and Flac3D simulation software,which shows the rational 4-metre left-over pillar distance can realize the control of surrounding rock deformation in effective range and meet the demand of fully-mechanized equipment installation.
