龙泉矿4301工作面钻孔注浆防治水技术

摘要 针对龙泉矿4301工作面底板突水等问题,采用瞬变电磁物探及钻探,得知4号煤层底板至奥陶系灰岩46.84 m,最高水压4.3 MPa,最大水量100 m3/h。根据经验选用钻孔注浆法进行工作面防治水。施工钻孔15个,确定了每个钻孔的具体参数及注浆量。最终通过底板钻孔注浆,出水量大大减少,保证了工作面的安全生产。 Aiming at water inrush from seam floor at 4301 working face of Longquan Colliery,the author is informed of the distance of 46.84 m from No.4 seam floor to the Ordovician limestone with maximum water pressure of 4.3 MPa and maximum water volume of 100 m3/h by TEM geophysical prospecting and drilling and proposes the floor drilling grouting method to control water,in which 15 drilling holes were designed,and the specific parameters and grouting volume of each drilling hole were determined to reduce the water inrush and ensure the safety production.
